We provide accounting services to be used in matrimonial cases including examination of business records, banking transactions and analysis of personal expenditures. We review personal, partnership and corporate tax returns filed by the parties including federal, state, and local. Personal banking records are examined and additionally, when required or requested by the parties or their attorney, an analysis is made of the components of living expenses of the parties. We also assist in the preparation of court-required financial affidavits. We appear as expert witnesses at hearings regarding the identification and value of assets and the history and level of personal expenditures for the purpose of determining Spousal support. We appear at hearings and testify regarding source and identification of assets and income and suggested asset distribution to the parties.
